RESIDENCE TAX

from January 1, 2025, the residence tax will be added in addition to the services booked for the sum of 1.70 euros per person & per day (free for under 18s - upon presentation of ID upon arrival)

Booking Conditions: 3 possibilities
1 - Booking by telephone and email
In order to guarantee your booking, a credit card number will be requested as a guarantee for the entire booking
2 - Directly by connecting to our « Book", by booking your stay directly on the home page of our online site, www.lesvagues.com.

A pre-authorization will be taken. This pre-authorization is in no way a payment but only your guarantee.

Or, and at your request, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay, with at least the first night in the context of a stay of less than 2 nights, will be requested.

 This deposit can be paid in different ways:
- Bank transfer. For this possibility, please contact us by email at : contact@lesvagues.com or by phone at 05 58 83 98 10. We will send you our IBAN references.

- By giving us a bank card number, its validity date, as well as your written agreement (email) for the withdrawal of this amount.

The reservation remains subject to receipt of the deposit or the CB guarantee within the time limits.

Any reservation will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of one of these two elements.


The balance of the payment is made in full on site upon arrival.
- Payment methods accepted on site: CB, Amex, Logis Gift Vouchers, Logis Loyalty Vouchers, Cash).

ANCV Paper or Connect Holiday Vouchers (max 50% of the stay)

Bank Checks are no longer accepted on arrival.

- The invoice, unless expressly requested, is sent to the email address indicated in the reservation.

- It is kindly requested to plan an arrival at the hotel before 6:00 p.m. and to notify the hotelier in case of late arrival.

Without cancellation insurance, the deadline for taking your cancellation into account is:

Booking in low season (Outside, School holidays, Public holiday weekends, July and August).
- Cancellation 14 days before your arrival and a maximum of 48 hours after your booking

Booking in mid & high season (school holidays, public holiday weekends, July and August).
- Cancellation 30 days before your arrival and maximum 48 hours after your reservation
