Free cancellation up to 15 day(s) before arrival.
Beyond that, the fees charged will be progressive according to the cancellation period:

- 15 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Low season bookings (school holidays, bank holiday weekends, July and August).

- Cancellation required 14 days before arrival and a maximum of 48 hours after booking.

Mid and high season bookings (school holidays, bank holiday weekends, July and August).

- Cancellation required 30 days before arrival and a maximum of 48 hours after booking.

Conditions de réservation

50% of the total amount of the reservation is requested to confirm the reservation.
The balance will be paid on site upon your arrival.
Booking Conditions:

A - Deposit: Two options

1 - Directly by logging into our 'Book' section, by booking your stay on the homepage of our website, www.lesvagues.com.
A deposit of 50% of your stay will be required.

2 - By contacting us at +33 5 58 83 98 10 or by email at contact@lesvagues.com.
A deposit of 50% of your stay, including at least the first night for stays of less than 3 nights, or a 100% guarantee of your reservation (credit card pre-authorization) will be required.
If a deposit is required, it can be paid either by:
- Bank transfer.
- Credit card, by providing us with a credit card number, its expiration date, the three cryptogram numbers located on the back of the card, and your written consent (email) for the debit of this amount.

The reservation is subject to receipt of the deposit or credit card guarantee within the specified timeframe.
All reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of one of these two elements.

B - The balance of the payment:
This is to be paid in full on site upon arrival by the guest to the hotel (credit card, Amex, ANCV Holiday Vouchers, Logis Gift Vouchers, Logis Loyalty Vouchers, cash).
Bank checks are no longer accepted upon arrival.
Note that for ANCV Holiday Vouchers (or Connect), the amount cannot exceed 50% of the total amount of your reservation.

- The invoice, unless expressly requested, is sent to the email address indicated in the reservation.

- Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the hotel before 6:00 p.m.
and to notify the hotel manager in case of late arrival.
